Fun workout, evolving machine for small space.
The technology of this gear is fairly simple and ingenious if you look underneath. It looks sturdy and probably fixable in most case of damage, in hope there's no need anytime soon, of course. The length is roughly 2 thirds of the Aeroski, so the movement is not as wide (particularly because the Aeroski is much more arched making the movement range even wider), but this slide stepper range of movement is not ridiculously tiny neither. It's approachable yet it gets quickly challenging. It's fun with the provided resistance band or with dumbbells, trying different postures. The amazon product page shows several other ways to use it with the hands or with one leg at the time. Nice diversity of usages. There's another awesome option. In front of a system that can block my feet and a classical resistance band behind my feet (aerobic deck, door anchor strap on the floor and yoga blocks, fixed or heavy furniture...), I sit astride on this slider from an adjusted distance and am able to mimic a rowing exercise closely enough, thanks to the rails underneath, let's say with a slight wave due to the arch. That's a very appreciable trick in a space where there's no room for the typical rowing machine. Conclusion, this is an good fitness product.

Great workout for beginners
Revised to mention: I seen some reviews that say it is hard on the knees. Yesterday I started to experience a little knee pain while working out, I straightened my leg to correct my form and the pain went away. So be mindful of how you stand on it to prevent injury to the knee if that is your concern. Running always causes me knee pain so I can no linger run, and I have a lot of muscle spasms in my feet so I have to make sure to wear good shoes and plant my feet to the outermost edges of the machine. Hope that helps. This little machine gives me a good workout. I am seriously out if shape so I had to only do ten minutes at a time to start. Now I am up to thirty but going slower on it. It doesn’t give a wide enough movement but it works well. I will say I had to put it between a wider doorway as I don’t have the balance needed to stand on it without support.

Good Easy Leg Exerciser
I like this leg exerciser. I set a timer for about three minutes. I get on it which is easy and safe. And press side to side not hard, but just easy to give my legs a lttle workout. After three minutes I feel it in my legs. Make sure you stay balanced, go slowly. And it’s a good safe product!

Easy and fun
I got this because of all the hype on fb. To my pleasant surprise, I have enjoyed using this machine. Very easy on my knees, which is what I was looking for and fun to do just watching TV or listening to music. Easy to store away and doesn’t take up much room. Very smooth movement so can be used in apartment setting with no issues.

Great Purchase And Easy To Use!
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE this machine! I have double knee replacements and needed something to help me build muscle strength in my legs in preparation for skiing. The set up is super easy. All I had to do was connect the straps and get started. I have to exercise caution stepping onto it to make sure I don't lose my balance, but once I'm on it the motion is easy. I can stand tall or squat a little while I use it, strengthening my muscles in different ways. I don't have to use the straps, but they help me develop rhythm while exercising. The screen is easy to see. It's easy and I can feel a burn after just a couple minutes. This is definitely a great value and one of my best (and simplest) exercise machine purchases! It doesn't take up much space and stores easily.

Makes the knees ache
It is easy to use, but it is not very sturdy. I really wanted to like it, but it hurt my knees. Maybe would work well for someone who enjoys slalom skiing. I was hoping it would be more like a skating motion; it is not.

Awesome!!
I just had back surgery in December & needed something that wouldn’t be too strenuous but would help strengthen my muscles again— this has been a perfect fit. I get a really good workout without overdoing it, it’s fun to use & I really think it helps my balance a lot as well. It’s perfectly quiet to use so I can use it at night… its a bit bulky & it doesn’t fold up or anything, so there’s no “easy” way to really store it out of the way, but as long as you have a place to keep it & use it regularly, I don’t think it’s an issue. It’s the best investment I’ve made for workout equipment.

I’m too tall for this, but….
I bought this for myself, but, I am too tall (5’9”) to use it comfortably. However, I ended up keeping it for my youngest with ADHD and barely 5 feet tall. It is a wonderful device for super active kids that are constantly on the move. And need a distraction while watching shows on the TV.
