Ransome Master Drive Senior Tennis Racket (27 inch) Set, Black/White/Blue

This has got to be the worst online transaction I have ever been involved in.I purchased this item on the basis that the product description read:"Set comprising of 2 x Senior Tennis Rackets and 3 Tennis balls27" tri-coloured racket with extruded aluminium frameVibration dampner in bridge of racket3 Excellent quality practice tennis ballsNon-pressurised ball"Firstly, it took nearly a month to receive anything, because Amazon kept delaying the expected delivery date so it was impossible to complain or interact. Finally, I was told that they would expedite the delivery.Secondly, I only received one racket. Upon contacting customer services deeply frustrated they told me they would re-send the order out, which again ended up only being one racket but are asking me to return the other racket...! The level of intelligence applied to this order is unbelievably low and carless.I enjoyed the product description of "3 excellent quality practise balls". That's very comical as I haven't received any balls. Not a single one (in 6 weeks). Remarkable.I'm not sure I can face another 35 minute Customer Service call that will only result in yet another failure... it seems i will have to cut my losses and go on as a deeply unsatisfied customer.I would not wish this on anyone.

Dont buy from here. Only received 1 racquet despite description of being 2 racquet and balls. Contacted seller 3 times but no response. Not happy at all

Good value tennis rackets for the non professional player.Well made.

Very sad to only receive one racket when it says you get two rackets and a set of balls. Trying to figure out how to contact seller so they can at least send me another racket. I'm afraid to return in case I don't get the money back at all!!

They do the job.

Product is great but I only received 2 tennis balls instead of 3.
