It took several days for them to get here much longer than it should have for Amazon Prime members so expect delays and no reimbursement surprised that it didn't smell all that fishy other ones that I have tried with omega-3s 10 to smell like fish oil. These also are surprisingly large much larger than the average capsule probably double the size so be prepared for that. I generally do not have a problem swallowing pills but I found these to be daunting and made sure my mouth was plenty wet before I tried to swallow them so they wouldn't get stuck.That said I didn't get any unpleasant burping or fish taste afterwards, they did not upset my stomach with or without food.Obviously without getting blood test done I don't know how well they are working but I had a recent blood test where my omega-6s were 14 to 1 instead of four to one like they're supposed to be. One of the side effects my doctor said was that's what was making the edge of my nose peel which was a weird symptom but it's why he ran the test and sure enough I was off on that ratio. Since I started taking these my nose has stopped peeling and my subjective take is that it's rebalancing my omega-3s. Time will tell next time I get the test I will update my review.Packaging is good they were sealed on the inside and the cap was screwed down well they were not inside an exterior shrink wrap though. The box that they came in was crushed but the product was fine inside.I have not had good sleep recently I tend to sleep 3 hours and then wake up for 4-5 and then go back to sleep. Since I started taking these I've had a couple of days where I'm actually sleeping 6 hours at a stretch which for me is really good.I definitely recommend it as a supplement they seem to have a high quality product and they aren't skimpy with the portions.

Funny enough, we learned about this brand when we used to buy supplements for our dog, as they have a pet line. When I was looking for Omegas for myself, they were in many rankings and looked like a great choice. I really enjoy them and yes, I buy them at Amazon full price (no special discount) so my money is where my mouth is. I don't eat any seafood at all and get grossed out by many fishy smells. I have zero issue with these - it's pretty amazing compared to competitors. While it hasn't worked any special magic on my health or appearance, I know it's deep nourishment that helps me care for my body. They are large pills and are soft - so take note if you have trouble swallowing pills.

Update: the company reached out to me to try and make it right, and so I raised this by two stars. Although the product didn't sit right with my stomach, it's good to know that the company really stands behind their product.My Mom uses this brand and so I trusted that it's quality. She buys this in liquid form and takes it by the spoonful, but I thought it would go down easier in a capsule. I only tried this once. I took one rather than the serving size of 2, with dinner. The nausea started within about 30 minutes of taking it and continued throughout the night. And while it is true that I didn't have fish burps, I had intense lemon burps all night long. The experience was poor and I haven't tried it again. I know there are health benefits, but it wasn't worth the sickness for me. Were I to try it again, I would try to make meals with a lot more fat to see if this would be less upsetting to my stomach. But that wouldn't help the lemon burps.

So far so good. I been takening these for over a month now and I feel a bit more awake. I work a you can say a 3rd shift type position so anything to help keep me up and not feel sleepy is a plus in my book

These fish oil pills have next to no taste when you take them, and I have not experienced any burping at all since I have been taking the pills. They're a little hard to swallow but I'm getting used to that aspect. They're also pricey, but I think it is worth it as I am trying to lower my cholesterol.

These have no flavor when swallowed. They seem to do the job that they are supposed to.
