So it’s early days for me to review how well these work as multivitamins. I’ve been taking for about two weeks and can’t say that I notice any dramatic change but because I have a very restricted diet, I wanted to make sure I was getting what I needed every day that I may miss in my diet.These were recommended to me by my nutritionist who has used them for years and sang their praises.They come in a glass jar which is a little bit old-fashioned by today’s standards but there’s something quite satisfying about it and the tablets themselves aren’t too big; I’ve certainly had bigger multivitamins in the past. The smell is a typical multivitamin smell; always reminds me a little bit like bran but certainly not a bad smell .Taste wise, they aren’t really in my mouth long enough to notice but they’re certainly isn’t a bad taste to them in anyway. I can’t really say that they taste of anything but even if they did, it certainly isn’t an unpleasant taste or after taste.I have a very delicate stomach and a lot of things do aggravate me but I’m pleased to say that these gave me no ill effects, no stomach upset or discomfort in anyway and I always make sure to take them with my evening meals and my stomach as well lined and I’ve had no issues

This vitamins helped me feeling less tired and more energetic. Have been taking them for 2 months now and will definitely buy them again.
