Asus overall makes solid hardware, and the Thor platinum III series is no exception. I had the Thor II 850w, which had operated fine for years, but upgraded to this for the 1000W and nifty detachable OLED screen...AND because Amazon had a great deal on an open box / return. Straight forward install, lots of cables for everything you could possibly want to put into a rig, and includes a 12V 2x6 pin cable for high performance gpus. The only thing that remains a bit unclear in the instructions is control of the Asus Aura lighting. A special cable plugs into n ARGB motherboard header, and from there is all depends if you have Armory Crate or some other control softare. In order to facilitate other software, Asus should really list the number of individual LEDs so other programs can calibrate correctly.

Asus what's going on, don't install Armory Crate. Caused a lot of problems for me with wattage display crashing.
