The moment I turned on the charger it had started making crackling sounds. Too bad I bought the item on prime day sale. Now the price has increased significantly. Sad that the built quality is top notch but the crackling sound is scary.

If you want to buy this product please note that the 100 w is divided onto 5 slots, and after 9 months of using it, 1 slot stopped working, other slots do not charge as fast as before, even when I purchase new high quality cables. Its good for normal use for a while, but unfortunately it takes 2 hours 30 minutes to charge my samsung s25 ultra, which use to charge much quicker.

I have bought a lot of UGREEN stuff and never really been disappointed. this charger is no exception, feels really well built in the hand and charges fast thank to the 100W output. You can't really go wrong with UGREEN's items, I buy my cables and chargers almost exclusively from UGREEN, really nice quality and they do exactly what UGREEN advertises they will so kudos for that.

I bought 2 units. Please note that these chargers have only not-interchangable UK plug. I already got used having UK/EU/US plugs suplied with a charger. One worked fine, the second activated my home circuit breaker and the charger had a distinct electronics burning smell without anything connected to it yet. I am glad I still have a week to return it back.
