Really great quality, quiet, easy to use and super easy to map out your home. The only thing I'm confused by is that if you attach the water container, it will basically mop your carpets and rugs and isn't clever enough to skip those. When I clean, I first do a full home vacuuming without the water tank, and then I will do a second clean with the water tank attached, except that I remove all my rugs. Other than that, I think it's excellent. Highly recommend.

I loved it so much that this is my 2nd purchase. Unlike low grades robot vacuum, roborock deserves the use of smart on its name. It cleans line by line instead of going randomly. I can set no go zone which are the places in the room that I want it to avoid. It cleans 2 times which make a huge difference in my house now. Because it is bigger than the cheaper robots (that are still pricey though but not worth their price), it doesn’t get stuck anywhere. I have the 1st one for 4 months and only 2 times it get stuck and needed help. Then it suggested me to put the areas on no go zone. So I recommend to put the areas where you have hanging cables or wires as no go zones. You can program the different floors of your house. So, thanks to its precise mapping, you don’t have to set it manually every time you change floors.

Mopping is not useful but vacuum is good and I liked it's mapping and movement

I don't normally leave reviews but this is one of our favorite purchases, it's a beast we have a 136m2 apartment in Dubai and it smashes the mopping and vacuum function. Best purchase ever and it also saves on maid cleaning services!!This is a great product

I honestly didn’t expect the Q5 Pro vacuum to be this good! It’s surprisingly smart and efficient. I have two cats, and it handles all the hair and even the sand from their litter box effortlessly. It navigates well, cleans thoroughly, and makes my life so much easier. Definitely a great purchase for pet owners!

Very bad product!! We bought this recently and used couple of times and the liquid storage box is broken. It’s under warranty and no body is helping. We are really annoyed with this product. ZERO RECOMMENDATION
