Item received defective but no replacement no return pick up and no service it's fraud with me
Very bad product the item received in defective condition but seller and Amazon didn't return pick up and provide replacement both seller and Amazon fraud with me and now they said we can't help you while they have created 4 time return pick up and all time return pick up failed

Good Cradle but Disappointing After-Sales Service
I ordered this cradle in the first week of May, and it worked perfectly for about one and a half months until mid-June. Since it’s a portable cradle, I took it along while traveling, but unfortunately, the motor slipped from my hand and broke, causing the cradle to stop moving. When I contacted customer care, they asked me to courier it to Ahmedabad at my own expense (₹350) and informed me that the repair cost for the motor would range from ₹400 to ₹2000. Instead, I got it checked by a local electrician who repaired it for just ₹20, saving me unnecessary courier and repair charges. I feel the company could have been more transparent, as the issue was very simple but they seemed to overcharge for it. For this reason, I am giving three stars, otherwise, the cradle itself is good.
