House Flipper - PlayStation 4

So I bought this on steam for myself. I bought it on PS4 for my mother. It was a christmas gift practically. She hasn't gotten off it 6 months later. lol... There is a lot to do in it. It touches that home do it yourself bug a lot. Just keep in mind there are some bugs about the game that can be frustrating. And the devs don't seem likely to fix them, or even listen to a complaint. It's still a blast though.

Great way to kill some time.

I'm not sure how to write a game review so here goes. My whole family enjoys playing this game. It was purchased for my son who loves "designing games" to give him another type of creative outlet. We have found that each of us enjoy playing this game. My other teenage son says "the graphics are good" and "this is really fun to play'' and he enjoys the storyline/mode of the game where you do jobs to earn money.

If you are a fan of home renovation shows or just have an itch to transform a space, then House Flipper on PS4 is the perfect game for you! As someone who has always been fascinated by the idea of flipping houses, I was thrilled to try out this game and it did not disappoint. In House Flipper, you take on the role of a handyman who is tasked with renovating and cleaning up different properties in order to sell them for a profit. The game starts off with some basic tutorials, but it doesn't take long to get the hang of things. You will need to paint walls, replace flooring, install fixtures, and even clean up messes left behind by previous owners. With a variety of tools and materials at your disposal, the possibilities for creating your dream home are endless. One of the great things about House Flipper on PS4 is the attention to detail. From the way the paint goes on the walls to the sound of a power drill, everything feels incredibly realistic. And the graphics are truly impressive, making it easy to get lost in the game for hours at a time. Another fun aspect of the game is the ability to take on different challenges and jobs in order to earn more money. You can even hire other workers to help you out on bigger projects, adding to the overall sense of realism. Overall, I highly recommend House Flipper on PS4 for anyone who loves interior design, home renovation, or just wants to try something new. It's a great way to escape into a world of creativity and design, and the satisfaction of transforming a run-down house into a beautiful home is unbeatable.

This is a very enjoyable and addictive "game" to those susceptible to cleaning and house style. Color me guilty. While the interface and use can be clunky at times, you won't care (much). Side note: It is obviously quite British, but that isn't a hindrance at all.

Love this game. Updates suck every once in a while and also freezes when you’ve played too long but a simple shut down and restart works.

So from an adult's perspective, I think there is so much more to want out of this game, and it feels almost like an incomplete game. I anxiously await a DLC for this game. The decor options get pretty old pretty quickly in my opinion. I also wish the walls in the house looked more like walls in a house. Add some baseboard trim options, add some options to only paint halfway up the wall.... I also ran into some issues with trying to add a wall above the door. There are a few bugs in the game but nothing major, they just cost you in game money. Some other things this game could improve: Have an "auto recommended placement" feature. I don't know how to put this other than I've spent way too long trying to get cabinets, doors and other items to click into place perfectly then moving the joystick JUST slightly too far and missing the area that it fits into. Have some sort of mode that you can turn on and off to make it easier for players to put cabinets and other decor where it needs to go so people don't waste their time. Of course give them the option to move the item from the "recommended" spot, but still. Annoying. Graphics could be a little bit better, but eh, you get what you pay for I guess.

A dope game. If you ever wanted to be a handy man without the headache of one this is the game for you!

If your like me and love dim style games and like to get creative, house flipper is a super addictive game. You start off with a rundown shack, which is basically your office and you have a laptop. From the laptop you get jobs to do, that range from just straight up cleaning to painting or renovation. The jobs are worth it to do some take long while others are short, but you earn money and raise up your perks, which will help when you buy your first house to flip. House flipper will consume your time without even knowing, yesterday I got so into what I was doing I didn't realize I spent nearly 6 hours on it. If you like your sim games this should definitely be in your collection I think it's among the best I've played.
