I have been buying these for a long time. If they don’t make you sleepy, they will at least make you less stressed and more relaxed and all with natural ingredients! I am constantly on the lookout for teas or over the counter meds to help me sleep and these are great. I will definitely be purchasing more when- actually maybe before I run out!!!

These taste like gym shorts smell.
I love the other flavors, but at the risk of being overly gross, these taste exactly like old gym shorts. Literally taste how BO smells.
