Taste is good and price was right. I’ve only been taking these a week so it’s hard to say if there’s been a positive effect yet. I’m taking one in the morning and one in the evening before bed. It seems to be absorbing well. I’ve ordered 4 bottles so lots of time to see if Is helped.

Knocks me out better than melatonin and helps me stay asleep.

They helped me relax at the end of the day and got a good nights sleep but I will not buy again for the simple fact that they are all stuck together and a pain to dig out. The flavor is fine but the texture is kinda off. Do something about the container and I would totally buy them again.
