Q: What's the difference between the regular 9 and the wide 9?? Is there a double wide for an already wide shoe?

I have no idea. I have a narrow foot and they were huge, from the heel to the toe box.

Q: If I wear a 7.5, what size what size should I order? I do not have wide feet.

I wear a 9 or 9.5 in regular shoes. I running or hiking, I order 10.5 to 11. It depends on the shoe. My current Topos are 10.5 but other styles I need 11. It's a horrible crapshoot on sizes, especially women's, are not standardized. I ordered 16 pairs and only 2 fit.
