Garbage
I simply wanted to etch my name on the plastic handle section of my hand tools so I didn't think I needed anything fancy. Unfortunately, this professional device decided to have a mind of it's own, cut out mid-way through etching and stutter back and fourth without shutting the laser off. So now I have three letters of my last name and what appears to be the outline of a phallic-inspired Lake Michigan drawn by someone struggling with down syndrome while experiencing an epileptic seizure on my flat head screw driver. Wasted $120 on this garbage and now I'm out the $40 for the tool (Snap-On). Save your money.

laser doesnt burn only had it for a couple months
Laser head goes out quickly barely used it. :(

Disappointing
Did not work. Included software was disappointing. Failed tries and gave up

Eh, not too bad for a beginner
Software included was extremely basic and very limited, and the only thing it will 'etch' is wood
