Actually pretty good
This now sits on my work desk at home and I use it whenever my jaw starts to feel tight. All functions work well, the pulsmode is a little odd as it sometimes it feels like a small spark, but it does seem to work very well, totally recommend for you stress grinders out there!

if you are truly having muscular pain and knots then save your money as this is a cheap product that does not do very much. less severe cases may enjoy it but true deep tmj pain sufferers, I urge you to invest in something different as this one is disappointing

I had be plagued by jaw pain for about 3 weeks and saw this item.as I have used tens machine on other areas for pain relief. I had no qualms about buying this and it definitely made a difference. After two treatments the pain was gone, and has not returned as yet. Definitely a good buy.
