I got this sauna blanket as a little treat for myself and honestly, it’s one of the best things I’ve bought for my health. It’s really well made—sturdy zipper, durable material, and plenty of space to move around so I don’t feel trapped or uncomfortable.The remote is super easy to use, and I like that I can adjust the heat and time settings depending on how I feel. I usually lay on a beach towel and throw another one over me for extra comfort and easy cleanup.One of the main reasons I picked this one over others is because it’s low EMF, which a lot of brands don’t have. That was really important to me since I wanted all the benefits without the extra exposure.I always feel amazing after using it! My back pain eases up, little aches just go away, and I can actually feel my body unwinding. Plus, I love that I’m sweating out toxins and burning some calories at the same time.Just make sure to drink a lot of water before and after! Definitely worth it.

Looks & feels amazing

Had a full sauna for years but had to ditch it when I moved to a smaller place. Been missing it, especially on days I feel like sweating some stress off. I then saw an ad on Instagram for a $600+ sauna blanket, which got me looking around. Most blankets on Amazon look kind of weird with photoshopped images. This one looked good and had solid reviews, so I went for it.Honestly, way better than expected. IT GETS HOT. You can go all the way to 176°F and has a 60-minute timer. I’m very used to being immersed in intense heat, and I promise after an hour, I DO feel like I’ve been in an actual sauna! Make sure to drink lots of water a few hours before to avoid dehydration, and then keep drinking after your session.One thing I noticed while researching is that a lot of sauna blankets have high EMF, which I wasn’t comfortable with. This one’s actually low EMF, which was a big relief since I use it a lot. Good to know I’m not exposing myself to unnecessary radiation while trying to do something healthy.I’ve also been tracking my sleep with my Apple Watch, and on nights I use the sauna blanket, I always get really good scores.

Sure no EMF, but there’s so toxic smells coming out when you use it

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to write a review as I read so many before buying this! I love traditional saunas but I don’t own one and it’s not often I get the chance to use them. So I was looking for an alternative and came across this sauna blanket. I’m concerned about EMF in general, and before buying I saw a review saying the EMF levels of this blanket are high. I call b.s. on this.EMF is almost zero !!! That person was measuring V/m (electric fields) instead of mG (magnetic fields) which are completely different. V/m is everywhere! In your phone, your wifi, your TV, or any product that is running on electricity. What actually matters is mG (milliGauss), and I got 0 or almost 0 throughout the whole blanket. Even V/m was around or below 10 which was good ..Now, about the blanket itself, it feels well made and has some weight to it, which I like. The material feels high quality, and it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. The heat is strong, and I can feel the warmth sink into my body while I’m using it. I mostly got this to help me relax, and I can already tell it’s doing exactly what I wanted. My only complain is that the zipper can be a little tricky from the inside. It does have a double zipper, so you can pull it closed from the inside, but sometimes it gets stuck. If you make sure the zipper track is aligned properly before pulling then it should be fine!

Don't buy this blanket if you are looking for zero or even LOW EMF. Low EMF is hard to do. Even Bon Charge, who specializes in low and zero EMF products, only claims to sell a low EMF sauna blanket, and theirs has to be more expensive because of it."ZERO EMF" is a bald-faced lie. All sauna blankets will have some EMF. There are plenty of other sauna blankets on Amazon-go with a company that isn't so blatant in their lying.

I love this product. It’s true when you see it says you can use this as if you were at a Sauna in the gym. It’s easy to use and clean. It has incredible quality and the size is perfect where you can even watch a movie/read a book while using it. It’s the perfect sweat session with its high yet careful heat level. Great value for your money!
