TLDR: The pole is fantastic and simple to assemble. It is absolutely worth every penny. As a beginner, I wholeheartedly recommend it.I have wanted a home pole for a long time and looked at investing in an X-Pole for quite some time. When the moment came to make a decision, I delved into my research. Despite X-Pole's enduring popularity, I began noticing a significant number of recent customer service issues online, with difficulties in reaching support agents. Many individuals expressed regret for not choosing Lupit pole instead.Considering my budget constraints though, I turned to social media for recommendations and was swayed to try a couple of more affordable poles. The first lacked sturdiness and did not feel secure, even though I'm very petite. The second proved challenging to install and secure. After weeks of setbacks and waiting for returns and refunds, I ultimately committed to purchasing a Lupit pole. In hindsight, I wish I had started with Lupit from the beginning due to its exceptional quality compared to other poles.My research into Lupit confirmed its excellent reputation, quality, and processes, and even better - I felt secure ordering since they have an Amazon store. Placing an order resulted in the arrival of my dream pole in just a few days (it arrived much quicker than the estimated delivery date). Assembly was effortless with the help of their instructional YouTube videos, even with an odd ceiling height and I put it up all by myself (also used a stud finder and a level). It performs beautifully in static mode and offers a perfect spin. I am absolutely thrilled with this pole.

Really easy to set up and I trust the strength of the pole tension when it comes to inversions and spins. My only gripe is due to my own preference; this pole material [Chrome] is very grippy compared to what I'm used to, making it difficult to slide down or up without that high-pitch pole squeak. *ouch* But I would 100% recommend this brand for new dancers or those wanting high grip.

Pole is wonderful, easy to put together. I’m a beginner, 100% recommend it but I will say the only down side to this purchase was DHL could not find my address. Never had that problem before but I ended up having to pick up the pole an hour from my home since they said they needed additional information but there was no additional information to give.I told Customer Service about the inconvenience to pay $100+ for shipping and the item didn’t come to my front door but oh well.The wildest part is I even got stopped by the police on the way (first time getting stopped for anythingggg)! So maybe if I would not have had to go pick it up that would not have happened. 😂Now the pole extension (purchased separately) was needed but you pay shipping per item which is odd since the extension was in the same box as the pole.. so in my opinion from my experience since I had to pick it up and hour away, overpriced shipping. Customer service was ok.

I had an issue with the delivery, but the seller was super helpful in the resolution. I really appreciated the communication regarding my issues and everything worked out perfectly.Now the pole was easy to assemble, however, I recommend using a stud finder and a friend. Once we were able to locate the studs to ensure sturdiness it was a breeze. I recommend this for any beginner. The pole it self is a great thickness for grip and very sturdy. It does have some weight to it, so that’s why I recommend a friend to help for the installation especially if it’s your first time. I am content.

The media could not be loaded. What I love about the pole is that it came faster than expected it arrived in 3 days! Like the big kid I am, I was very excited about putting it together and the instructions was very straightforward I put the pieces together in about 15min! While putting it together though the bottom pad came completely off and the top pad was coming off too and it ripped as shown in the video. Then looking at the instructions about tightening up the screws on A BASE, the screws look jammed as shown in the video so I can't do anything with the screws at all so I left it along and just covered it with the mask as instructed in the video about not having the black ring showing. I tried using duck tape for now to keep the pads for the bottom and top in place so I can put it up finally and thinking I did well holding the pads in place, as of just a few minutes ago this pole fell from the ceiling which I'm content with because I wanted to look at the problem at hand and see how I can fix it before reaching out to customer service because I really wanna practice.

Happy with the product, packaging, easy to assemble, and there are videos online to help. Really pleased. Came as expected.

Where to start?I've been wanting a home pole for ages, and have had my eye on an X-Pole for years. Now that it was time to finally pull the trigger, and I jumped into my research. While XP is still easily the most popular, I was picking up on a LOT of recent customer service issues online (customers having their card info stolen, double charges, endless processing times), all without being able to easily reach a customer support agent. Lots of these people stated that they wished they had gone with Lupit pole.Lupit really checked out and everything I read about the quality and process seemed really great-- and then I noticed they even had an Amazon store. I placed my order on a Monday evening, and the pole of my dreams arrived that Friday! The shipping was a little expensive, but it's a big and HEAVY box, so I get it. They also delivered it to my upstairs apartment door; what a pleasant surprise! Assembly was a breeze using one of their YouTube videos-- and this is with popcorn ceilings. I absolutely LOVE this pole.

Easy to install, how ever it lacks the equipment to install it straight,I got the chrome pole, which is a little slippery and u can use just a nail buffer to polish the pole and it gives u a better grab.

El producto llega completamente cerrado, muy bien protegido y con todas las piezas en perfecto estado.Fácil de instalar y quitar siguiendo las instrucciones del manual y con apoyo de un tutorial de YouTube para estar segura que todo está en orden.Una vez colocado el tubo es muy estable y seguro, gira súper bien; lo he usado para hacer inversiones y 0 problemas; además, la caja es eco-friendly.Aunque el envío fué rápido, la entrega fué un proceso largo por temas de cargos aduanales; Lupit se hizo cargo de todo eso una vez que me puse en contacto con ellos y resolvieron el problema para que yo obtuviera mi tubo.Gracias Lupit! <3

There is not a lot of wiggle room if it is not straight so use the level and walk around with it. This will cut your frustration. This is a well made piece so take your time it will come together.Since covid -19 now that I have a pole I get to have private shows every Friday and Saturday. awesome enjoy.

This pole is great we installed as per instructions it doesn’t budge! I am a heavy plus size pole dancer 250 pounds and it’s sturrdy recommended big time !
