Update.... I recently ordered more of this through Gharana Food and had an issue with Hermes / EVRi not delivering the package. Gharana were helpful and sent a replacement. When the replacement arrived it was well packaged, as one would expect and each of the four packages were completely intact. That is one of the reasons I like this T & L sugar, I have never had any packages with spills and each pack is as good as every other one in it's freshness. Apart from using this sugar in my coffee, to enhance the coffee flavour and reduce any bitterness, I just added some to double cream and whipped it for a nice caramelly taste to the whipped cream. Added to cream before whipping gives this demarar a great taste that compliments strawberries and raspberries so apart from tea / coffe and baking this is also excellent in deserts and on top of cereals. I've been buying this demerara sugar for many years now and the cheapest place to buy is in a local store. The price of the four 3Kg bags is exactly the same price that I would pay but it takes a few trips as I would normally buy one only as and when needed, two at most. By purchasing the four bags from this seller I get the same price and it's delivered to my door so that's good value. The reason I like these 3Kg bags is mainly because the supermarkets charge over £2.50 per kilo for demerara sugar so each 3Kg bag saves at least £2.50. Buying these four bags, with free delivery. means a saving of at least a tenner with every purchase. Demerara is the best sugar as it's great for cooking with and is excellent in coffee. The flavour from the cane sugar compliments the bitterness of a good roasted coffee bean, if one likes his / her coffee strong as it should be. I find that white beet sugar simply doesn't enhance the flavour like demerara does and demerara is good on cereals, in milk puddings etc. For a good, natural, safe, nicely flavoured sweetener I find demerara is the best all rounder one can buy and this Tate and Lyle product is a good quality one that delivers good value so I am recommending it.

Excellent value for money. Sugar is great quality and so much better to buy in bulk than the small bags in the supermarket. Fast delivery and always arrives well packaged. Highly recommend.

Great sugar, love the taste and buy when required. The packs lasts us quite a while and are very good value.

This seems the genuine article and flavour fine for me. Value excellent - but make sure you really want that much sugar and have the right space and conditions to store it.

Last time I brought the 4 x 3kg it was less than £20. It's now over £25. Pretty big increase but I guess that's life! Still better value than 1kg bags at Tesco so I recommend.

Ordered 6 bags of this nit realising just what qty that actually is. Great product and maybe won’t need to Order again as it might see my lifetime out 🤷‍♀️ good quality and reasonably priced too
