Wire Rope Pulling Hoist Winch 1600KG (ACE 1.6T Lifting 2.5T Puller with 20M Rope)

Does what it says have shifted some heavy trees. Not sure of its life span in comparison to more well known alternative. But definetly value for money

Fast delivery and brilliant bit of kit. I used it all day to haul out some exceptionally large fallen and sunken trees from around a lake it managed the job with ease. The only criticism I have is the spool holder for the cable could be bigger. Thanks

Really difficult to feed the wire through without cranking the handle, managed it once, not sure if the mechanism has failed. The instructions are really rubbish, impossible to understand and obviously translated to English by a machine, not a single illustration, very much trial end error.. Would love to receive a proper set of instructions.... A real let down as I,m yet to figure out the best way to fully operate it

The task to open the clamp jaw requires a very firm hand but it may be because it is new. The short video would be better if the commentary was in English.

The winch arrived within 24 hours of ordering , its very well made , with instructions on paper and dvd , i have not used it yet but have used the tirfor model many times in the past, the ace looks just as capable for a fraction of the price , i contacted the supplier before buying and they were prompt and very helpfull with their reply, pleased with my purchase and would recommend

Excellent tool well made, needs to slacken of with first use, diagram on side dose not show lever B needing pushing to rope front to slam in locking handle. Once in locking position there is no problem sliding the wire rope in or out of winch. The 1600kg is about as heavy as I would like to carry all together with lever handle and 11mm x20m wire rope.

GOOD PULLER, HAD DIFFICULTY GETTING ROPE IN WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS not very clear . However the DVD shows clearly how to insert & remove the wire .I hope to now be able to remove the wire. You need to hold the hoist up on end with the end with short lever up move centre lever to it both these levers towards you fully then push both levers together with right hand pushing on shory lever to upright position then move left hand lever to upright positio90 drgrees to hoist.Wire should then insert & rmove easily.Seems to need some force to push the short & centre lever to upriht position. Hope this is usefull to people who cannot use the DVD disc.. I used laptop computer. Alan
