This looks like bleach and smells like bleach, so bear that in mind if your hair is compromised and don't over process. If your hair is thick or longer than shoulder length you will need more than one sachet. I used this on Arctic Fox Cosmic Sunshine and it removed all the colour, and my hair didn't feel dry or damaged after either. Worked perfectly for removing stubborn yellow dye. Will definitely use this the next time I want to change my colour quickly.

I got this because around 6 months ago my hair was badly damaged from bleach and having Covid my hair fell out and snapped, I stuck a hair dye to try and hide the damage and with it being a while now decided to carefully remove the colour from my hair rather than bleach it (didn’t want to touch bleach again). After applying it exactly how the instructions said, my hair after was damaged like it put bleach on, smelt like bleach and looked like bleach I should’ve known!! I searched the description to ensure it was like other colour removers I’ve used before and nowhere does it state its bleach! Nowhere! Hence why I bought! My hair has gone gummy and is damaged again so bad I’m absolutely gutted I’ve worked so hard to get my condition back including having it cut really short and using this has undone all that process just to remove colour!It’s just bleach it’s not a colour remover please anyone who has compromised hair don’t touch it! Heartbroken right now

My go to colour remover, I always use this when I am removing colour from my hair, took me from purple back to a beige blonde, hair still felt amazing

I used this product to try to remove crazy colour from my hair with 20vol developer, total of 3 packs used on my very thick hair.Very successful with removing orange & red, with just a tiny patch here & there left, possibly my application technique to blame.Not so great with the blue side of my head, pretty good fade out though. Suspect if I used 30/40vol I may have had more success. So will use again for my next colour change with 40vol.Hair was left in decent condition, no breakage that I noticed.

This is marketed as a colour remover, but it is in fact bleach. The smell is atrocious and it's probably the harshest bleach I've ever used, even with 20vol it lifted my dark brown hair right up to yellow after like 20 minutes. I managed to salvage my hair thankfully, when I noticed how much it was lifting I quickly did my roots so I wouldn't get banding, but if I wanted to use bleach on my hair I would've used my preferred bleach not this.

Works amazing, no horrible smell like most colour removers, most I've used before won't shift any colour that's blue or green based and after 20 mins then blue based green is pretty much gone.... Absolutely amazing product will 100% be using in future
