I had SUCH HIGH HOPES for this as I really want to fall asleep better and with smell of something comfy and beautiful around me. Unfortunately, the moment I sprayed it on my pillows. My throat started to hurt with every breath. I had to leave my room and turn on all the fans I have around the house in my bedroom to try and air out the scent. Disappointed.

I'm a big fan if melatonin so I had to get this pillow spray! It makes my bedding smell amazing - lavender and camomile plus has an additional benefit - melatonin. It puts me in a better sleep mood before bed.

Love it. For years, I made my own by just mixing essential lavender oil with water and spraying on my sheets and couch cushions. I gave this a try because it had the melatonin in it and I get it regularly now. Smells lovely indefinitely helps you wind down when it’s time for bed. Recommend for those who just like to indulge with scents in your home and for for those who have sleep related issues like I do. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I think it’s a little bit pricey.

This product was very nice and strong. I fell asleep quickly. I gave it 4 stars because my breathing started to change. I couldn't take deep breaths anymore. I didn't connect the dots until I realized it started shortly after using this product. I stopped using it and my breathing returned to normal after a week.
