Good product
The product review was done by the installation team and took less than 30 minutes to do so. The team was helpful and the software works. Value for money, good product and quick overall resolution.

Think before purchase
Warning to Potential Buyers: The product being sold is not functional as advertised. Instead of a valid license key, you receive an inactive or dummy key that requires a complicated manual activation process. During installation, you must contact the seller for an additional post-activation code. When I reached out, the seller took two days to respond and still did not provide the required code. Instead, they offered excuses for the delay and suggested installing third-party remote access software on my computer—an unnecessary and risky step. Despite multiple follow-ups, the product remains unactivated, and the seller has stopped responding. Important Note: This product has no return policy, making it even more problematic. I strongly advise new customers to avoid this purchase to prevent getting trapped in the same situation.

Quick delivery and genuine product
Delivered thru mail the code. Thou I was not able to complete the installation, Trinetra has given full support and thru anydesk resolved the installation issue. Very good service and product is genuine. Thank you Trinetra.

Don’t buy
The seller isn’t providing a working product. An inactive or dummy license key with manual activation procedure is supplied as a product. The seller has to be reached to get another post activation code during the installation time. When approached, the seller has taken sweet time to respond (after 2 days) and did not provide the post activation code. Instead gave excuses for days of delay to respond and recommended to install third party applications to provide remote access of my PC. Still not activated the product and not responding to the followup messages. For new customers, note that this product do not have return policy and hence recommending not to get trapped.

All is Ok
Finally Trinetra Store , customer support team helped to resolve the réinstallation . All is ok now , Nitro Pro 14 is working fine.
