SMALLRIG Cage for Sony RX0 with Built-in Cold Shoe and 1/4 3/8 Threaded Holes - 2106

This is a well made and thought-out camera cage!It served its purpose well while I was using it, but the integrated threaded 37mm filter adapter was what ended up leading to my removing the camera and buying a proper lens/filter adapter. Now my RX0 doesn't fit in this cage.That said, the Beastgrip DOF MK2 lens adapter, and Moondog Labs anamorphic lens both fit fine. Just keep in mind you might outgrow this cage!

The Sony RX0 is a great, small camera but the Small Rig cage adds size when needed as well as all kinds of choices for expansion. I will be carrying it in a pouch when I kayak. With the addition of a 37mm cap I have now protected the front glass from my grubby, wet fingers... ;-) The handle will be great for "close to the ground" perspectives. Very happy with the purchase.

Solid build, nice fit and finish.

I use this cage to mount a shotgun mic on top of the cage and it works very well. I use this on top of my sony a7iii for a backup wide of the bride coming down the aisle and this cage allows me to have a hotshoe mount and other mounting options while providing protection.
