I purchased the NAVIC electric scooter and so far it’s been a great investment. It’s lightweight, easy to fold, and perfect for commuting or quick errands around the city.The dual suspension really makes a difference on bumpy roads, and the ride feels smooth and stable. I especially love the built-in lights and the phone holder, it adds a modern, high-tech feel and makes it convenient to use navigation apps while riding.The speed is just right for daily use (I’ve reached close to 19 mph), and the battery range is good enough for most short to mid-length trips. Absolutely love this scooter
I’ve been using the NAVIC Electric Scooter for a few weeks now and it has exceeded my expectations. The build quality is solid, and the dual suspension makes for a very smooth and comfortable ride, even on rougher roads. I opted for the longer range version, and the battery life is impressive I can get through several commutes without recharging. The scooter’s top speed is fast enough to be fun but still feels safe and controlled. Folding it up is quick and easy, making it super convenient for storage or carrying. Great value for the feature highly recommended for adult riders!

Avoid avoid avoid.
Please avoid. I purchased this and the initial run was great. I went to recharge the bike and it failed to charge 100%. I rode it after and the battery died within 3 minutes. I recharged the battery again only to have the same results. I requested a refund and was granted it. I dropped the bike off at an approved shipping site within the allowed time frame. After a month requested an update in the status of the refund and the company said it was still in transit. I waited two more weeks and contacted the seller again. Now there is no record of the transaction/delivery of refund. I am out $260. The company has asking me for proof of transit /shipment and asking for the number for provided by them. Please please avoid this company. I did contact Amazon also without success.

Very very nice scooter! Return to office is happening, so I really need a help on my daily commute. This scooter is exactly what I want. The speed can easily save me a lot of time when in rush. The motor can power strong climbing capacity, which is extremely useful in San Francisco. The battery capacity definitely satisfy my long commute needs. The simple black color makes it so classic and sleek. They deliver what they say. Highly recommend!

Great scooter
Bought this for my son and grandkids. They love it. Actually I had to buy a couple more. They were fighting over it. Now they can take leisure rides together. Great investment for the family. Great to pack up and put in car very easily. Basket great for small shopping trips or picnic lunches.

Totally awesome scooter
Amazing scooter. Awesome customer service. The scooter is totally perfect it drives amazing and it is perfect for getting around. The charge lasts for a long time and I absolutely love it! It's design is totally cool and I think it is awesome all around.

Not as fast as advertised!
Has anyone had issues with speed as I cannot go more than 16mph... other than that it's a nice scooter a little rough on bumps in road but tolerable. Comfortable ride.
