Neutral Grip LAT Pulldown Attachments for Whole Back Training

Been using the set for weeks now and it's one of the best investments I've made for equipment. They are a bit heavy but the quality is phenomenal. The grip is spectacular doesn't feel cheap and lunky. I didn't expect the ropes to impress me as much as they did. The rope is soft but sturdy and make cable lifts feel challenging while maintaining muscle activation. The ones at my home gym are worn down and it's never available. Having my own plus multi in one bar is phenomenal I don't have to wait for a machine nor the attachments anymore.

I was initially hesitant to buy this grip because it’s a bit more expensive than other options, and I was originally looking for Mag Grip-style attachments. But after using it, I am beyond satisfied. The versatility is insane. I use it for wide/narrow lat pulldowns, under/overhand grips on seated rows, and close-grip cable rows. It also gives an amazing pump for bicep curls. Plus, I pair it with a triceps rope for pushdowns, arm pulldowns, and face pulls—the stability and mind-muscle connection are incredible. It has made my back, shoulder, and arm days so much more fun. The build quality and finish are top-notch and super sturdy. Best of all, instead of lugging around multiple heavy attachments in my gym bag, I only need to pack this one. Highly recommend!

I am impressed! The weight to the bar is heavy duty ! Very nice bar with multiple grip handles that targets different areas of the back which is a PLUS ! It’s super easy to use and no more bad comfort on my wrist !

I'm loving this set so far. The quality is all very solid and there are tons of different grip options and therefore tons of different pulldown and row variations you can do with these attachments. The straps are also awesome for tricep work. I prefer them way more than a rope attachment, that's just collecting dust now.

This is a fantastic bar. It gives a deep hit on your back. Great lat routine. Wide middle and narrow for a perfect back combination. A great price also.

First off, I have to say that the ergonomics of this bar is simply outstanding. I love the thing! Allowing natural hand position instead of twisted wrist while do pulling exercises while maintaining a wide grip just finally feels right. Doing rows with the wide grip, as well as the pull downs, just feels awesome on the wrists and arms. With that said, the one main issue I have with the bar is it's weight. On pull downs the weight of the bar comes close to counter balancing out the weight of a single weight on my smaller home machine's stack. I use the entire stack for pull downs, so losing weight would not be my first choice. But being over 65, my use is more for muscle tone and endurance than muscle building, so five extra reps per set would probably make up for things. With that said, I personally would like to see a carbon fiber version of this bar. This same bar made out of carbon fiber might end up with a home gym add on that would be an absolute must have for everyone! Yes the cost would be higher. But I think it would be worth it. For some exercises the added weight of the bar is an actual a benefit; such as seated rows or curls. But the weight of the bar can still feel awkward at times.

I don't think that this is a must have relative to say a regular lat pulldown bar. But it is a good upgrade and a fun accessory item. Seems durable and well made. I like the different grip options. I am 6 ft with long arms and the size is good for me.

Fantastic lat pull bar Multiple hand placement Worth every penny!!

Packaged extremely well with plastic wrap and soft styrofoam to protect the finish. The finish is great with the perfect combo of grip and softness so easy on the hands. Light years ahead of the old pull down bars. Would recommend this and the price is set right as well. Will be checking out this brand other products. 5 stars!!!!!

Die Latzugstange macht einen sehr stabilen und hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und auch die verschiedenen Griffmöglichkeiten gefallen mir. Sie ist etwas schwerer als erwartet, was mich beim Training aber nicht stört – im Gegenteil, dadurch wirkt sie sehr massiv und langlebig. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde sie wieder kaufen

it works great. very ergonomic and easy to use. you do ned to compensate for its additional weight on lat pull downs but a small adjustment is fine
