Love them!
Love these! I purchased this back in 2017 and it’s 2026 and they’re still good as new! They work perfectly for making fruit leather. Super easy to clean and store. Good value for money! Easy to peel off the leather and the edges are up a little so the liquid doesn’t fall over granted you don’t overfill it. I would definitely buy again if my set ever breaks which I doubt it will since how durable they are and how long they have lasted! Love them.

Makes fantastic fruit rolls with ease!
Brilliant! I use these Nesco Fruit Roll Sheets in my Nesco Snackmaster Pro and they work fabulously! I have successfully used them to make many fruit rolls and many other sticky items with ease. One of my favorite things to make in a dehydrator is a fruit roll. At first, I tried making them with very healthy ingredients only. These Fruit Roll Sheets work great because they have a raised lip on the side that holds all of the liquid in the tray, but also allows air to vent around the edges of your trays. I have filled them all the way up before and had no issues with spillage or leakage. My tip is to fill the fruit roll tray while it is already sitting in the harder dehydrator tray. This makes it much easier to carry with out losing any. Those first few batches of rolls were more like brittle candies. Without some fat or sugar, everything just hardened to a crisp and shattered into pieces when you tried to roll it up. Then, I found the solution online... add sugar. Well, I am all about adding sugar! haha If you use just a bit of corn syrup in your fruit rolls, they will roll up so beautifully and easily and look just like a store bought fruit roll. They are a huge hit here at home and everyone that I share them with just loves them. Thanks to these fruit roll sheets!

Fits perfect, but needs higher sides.
Bought a dehydrator and wanted to make fruit jerky and grabbed these. I wish the sides were a bit higher but overall these did the job. Just had to be careful about making sure the dehydrator was level before putting tray in. If you use these, I’d recommend also getting some precut parchment sheets for this, as sometimes, even with greasing the sheet, it can cause foods to stick instead of sliding off. But overall it’s a good product and would buy again when I need more.

Not bad for the price.
I bought the Open Country dehydrator and needed more sheets for fruit roll ups. This brand was recommended however the sheets are a tad too small in diameter and have a small ridge around the outside of them so the liquid dripped down on to the other trays. In hindsight I would have paid more for the actual Open Country brand directly from the company website. That said they do work in the model I have and are easy to clean.

Perfect for Dehydrating Meals & Snacks for Backpacking
Super helpful add to my Nesco FD-75 Snackmaster dehydrator! Avid hiker & backpacker and use these to make all kinds of fruit leather. Dump a jar of applesauce in here and dehydrate overnight for a quick treat. Blend all kinds of fruit (pineapples. mangos, berries, etc.) and pour on here and dehydrate overnight for a tasty treat! Also I have been dehydrating canned goods or other leftovers (such as Hormel Turkey Chili or beef stew or Campbells Chunky Soups) to rehydrate in camp. I spray these lightly with cooking oil to prevent staining. Handwash only - clean up is a snap otherwise. Recommend!

Finally
I've had an American Harvest snack master dehydrator for a couple of years. It came with one rollup tray. I love fruit rollups and have made over 400 but could never find more trays for this machine because it's a little smaller than the others. So I used parchment paper in my other trays which worked but not as well. I purchased another dehydrator because I had several friends pay me to dry a case of peaches into rollups and 3 cases of pears into slices and rollups and needed another machine. when I looked at the Nesco it was the same size trays as the one I had and listed things purchased with it. There was someone who sold rollup trays the size I needed at a price I liked. These trays make rollups easy and would suggest to anyone purchasing a dehydrator to use them. Want an easy rollup recipe? Mix whatever fruit your doing, ie: peaches, strawberrys, rasberrys, bannanas, etc with equal parts of applesauce in your blender. You can even use sugar free applesuace. The applesauce keeps the other fruit from craking. Works great. I used a whole case of peaches to 16 jars of applesauce to make 127 rollups. If you mix the fruit with the applesauce it can stay in the fridge for 10-12 days before drying. I didn't waste one bit of the peaches since I used the skin. Just clean them well take out the pit cut it up put it in the blender and then the tray. Hope this helps.

I love making fruit leather so having extra trays are great ...
I love making fruit leather so having extra trays are great for that. My kids suck down the fruit leather, and they are so much healthier than the store bought roll ups. I highly recommend putting oil on the sheet before you pour your fruit on it. I did not use any oil the first round and it was very hard to get the fruit off the tray. The second go round I dabbed a bit of olive oil on a paper towel and wiped the towel on the tray until it was covered with a small film with the oil. Once the fruit leather was dehydrated it peeled right off with no problems, and you could not taste the oil at all. I did have one tray crack on me while it was dehydrating the fruit leather (it was on its fifth use). I am not sure what happened there. I will contact the company to see if they will replace it as it should be under their one year warranty. I gave it three stars only because of one of the trays cracking while it was in the dehydrator. The other trays have been solid so far. Since I dehydrate constantly I would still buy more sheets when I buy more trays for my dehydrator.

terrific - and would work for other dehydrators
Great purchase to go with my Nesco FD-60 bought from Walmart.com site-to-store (not the FD-27 or FD-50 listed above as compatible products). For those like me looking for fruit leather sheets and unsure whether they'll fit your machine, the overall diameter of these sheets is 13", with the inner donut hole 3". Each sheet holds about 2 cups of pureed fruit. (For example, 2 large peaches, a bit less than a pound.) What I've tried so far, all with a bit of lemon juice to preserve color and freshen the fruit flavor: - 2 cups of applesauce with 1/3 cup de-frozen grape/raspberry juice - too sweet, will use maybe a scant 1/4 cup next time. Rather sticky pliable leather. I just stirred this together in a bowl and then spread on tray. - 2 large diced peaches (pitted, not peeled), thrown in the blender with a little lemon juice, one peach at a time. Added not much of anything else - came out too crisp to roll. Peaches are nice this way, but needs a bit of syrup (not sugar) to keep the peach pliable. - 2 peaches as above with grape/raspberry concentrate and a little corn syrup for pliability - excellent! - Package of Dole natural frozen tropical fruit (no sweeteners) - pineapple, mango, strawberries, kiwi, maybe something else. Defrosted, tossed in blender, added a little of the grape/raspberry concentrate and corn syrup. Excellent!

Work Awesome!
I've got one for every tray in my Nesco FD-75A dehydrator, include the additional trays I've bought for it. I dehydrate a lot of wet meals for backcountry camping trips, such as chili, Chana masala and pasta sauce, and these work great. There's just enough of a lip to hold the food to the depth I would ever go to, and they seem quick good for not sticking too.

fruit leather discs
Had to trim to make them fit but does the job they're designed for.

Que uno puede deshidratar nuestra propia fruta
No los eh utilizado pero creo me van hacer útiles ya que cuente con mi deshidratador

Overpriced
The two plastic discs I received for my dehydrator were greatly overpriced. If I'd known they were going to be so basic, I would have bought some plastic sheeting from the DIY store and made my own.

Pas de coulisses
J’emploie ces disques quand je déshydrate des oignons caramélisés cela évite un nettoyage difficile Et tout ce qui est liquide comme des purées pour en faire des cuir de fruits Ça se lave facilement et de bonne qualité
