Run runs about a little small
This is perfect for my needs I have scoliosis and it helps a lot better than the custom one that the doctor had made for me however they do tend to run small so if you wear a small order a medium

I purchased this vest and it was way too small. I ordered what I thought was a medium but you must measure yourself appropriately to ensure an proper fit. I am 5'4' and I weigh 110 lbs. and the medium was very small. I could not even close it. It was well made but I can not tell you whether it was affective because there was no way I was closing this vest. I was able to return it for a full refund.

It is extremely smaller than what is advertised.
Bought for my mother who weighs 95lbs to help give her back support. But it wouldn't even go around her waist. And So because of covid we were unable to have Christmas on time. So when we finally did and found out it didn't fit it was too late to send back. Very upset
