Awesome PC!

The seller is awful!
When I first ordered this computer it came in pretty quickly. Upon opening it (thankfully I did and didn't wait until Christmas, as it was a Christmas gift for my son) there was little to no protection in the packaging of the pc. It was thrown loosely in the box with minor foam around it and I single used trash bag as stuffing. The pc was trashed it looked like someone dragged it across the ground. It was scratched like crazy! When I bought it the description said that it would be in "Excellent condition" it was not. I called and complained. I had to ship it back and wait for a replacement. The replacement took longer than the original shipment luckily though it arrived before Christmas. After setting up the computer on Christmas Day for my son we realized it did not have WiFi capability as it described in the description. I had to go out and buy a WiFi adapter on top of all of the money I already spent on the computer. I called again and they told me a million times that I should have an adapter that was included. I didn't. It did not come with one. Then they refused to reimburse me for the amount I paid for the adapter that I should have received unless created a PayPal account because they can't refund me directly to my personal account... even though they had to problem taking the money from my personal account! They gave me a partial $20 refund which I have yet to receive. The screen is ok and was packaged well. The keyboard and mouse were also packaged well but are of extremely cheap quality! Considering they are supposed to be gaming accessories I'm disappointed. The keyboard especially is disappointing. Some of the keys do not work properly and have to be pushed multiple times. The setup was pretty basic and not difficult. I 100% do not recommend I am extremely disappointed.

it sucks bad
DO NOT I REAPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER it cant run the game i wanted it too it dosent run fortnite its not good for any game it crashes when i open minecraft and it has alot of problems first i needed a hdmi adaptor with was 12$ then i needed a gpu then i needed a second hdmi adaptor it was used came bent the frame was bent and then it wont turn on now and i got a new power cable for it and it still dosent work if i could giv eit a 1 star i would.
