Q: Some of the pictures show a longer metal spout than others. Is there an actual size difference?

Not sure about the size difference but please don’t believe the “no leak” claim. Our leaked a lot!

Q: Just received these in the mail yesterday and this morning both are empty. My two rabbits couldn’t have drank that much in one night. Is there a tri?

Rabbits need water in a dish, not a drip bottle. They drink a lot of water, and it's unnatural for them to have to get it from a bottle like this, they need a large, low dish for water. It could he that yours is leaking, or more likely they are drinking it all because it isn't enough water for them. We rescue rabbits, and I always end up donating the drip bottles people used for them to the animal shelter for Guinea Pigs or hamsters.

Q: Is this okay for a Guinea pig?

No, this is too big. The diameter is 13mm, and guinea pigs should be 10mm. The Choco Nose H128 is the one you want. Unfortunately, I purchased this when I read the other person's answer and had to make a second purchase. I suppose the bottle is a bit small, but we refill it daily so the water is fresh.

Q: Anybody knows what other bottle (preferably glass) the nozzle can retrofit with?

Lixit Chew Proof Glass Small Animal Bottle, 26-oz or Lixit Chew Proof Glass Small Animal Water Bottle, 16-oz bottle. I use this nozzle with these bottles for my maltese pack. Don't know why it says only for large dogs, my prefer 22 mm more than 16 mm (weight range from 5 lbs to 10lbs)
