I looked at a lot of shoe holders for my RV before choosing this one. I chose well. You'll see other shoe holders pictured with several pairs of flip flops--a dead giveaway that they won't hold normal shoes very well. The hinge on these shoe holders is fairly stiff. They don't just flop up and down like a swing. You have to push them down and pull them up and that is a good thing because this resistance will really HOLD your shoes, whether sneakers, flat flip-flops, or even ankle-high hiking boots. The shoe space just increases as you lift the bar to horizontal. Push it back down flush against the wall when not in use. Just a couple of easy screws to mount which I'll be doing tomorrow. When you're living or traveling in a small space, you gotta get the clutter up off of the floor. This is perfect for accomplishing that objective.

These are great. I got them for our camper to get sandals and shoes off the floor. There aren’t any instructions and while you might think you don’t need any there actually is an up and a down side. When hanging make sure to have the bar fold downward so it can be adjusted to sandal or hiking boots. If you put it so the bar goes up it will only have one position which is wide open and means sandals and low profile shoes won’t hang in these. They’re well made and look great. They’re unobtrusive and when not in use can be folded flat against the wall. Good price for four of these.

I like the design of this boot rack as it gets the boots up off the floor while still allowing them to dry both on the outside and inside. I'll probably mount them side by each on a long painted board to make them more attractive and easier to move if needed.

These aluminum hanging shoe organizers are really fantastic. They are solid, made well and the design is truly efficient. I also like how I can also use them to store my large umbrellas in my closet. I really like how they lay flat when not in use.

These were just a bit wider than I needed and could screw into the wood post these are attached to. # minute on my drill press and two new holes were drilled. Mounted in seconds. Holds both shoes and boots perfectly. Now we are less likely to track dirty inside.Great design, very sturdy and easy to mount. I would recommend these to anyone needing this type of hanger.
