Amazing taste and quality!
OMG! This is so great! I used it for my deer and beef sticks and then smoked them on my smoker for 3 hours and the cheese stood up perfectly and the taste with the meat was spectacular! Can't wait to try out the other cheeses!

Received this with one ice pack not even cold. But found a note advising me that the ice pack is not really needed and keep cool until opened then refrigerate after opening. My better half showed me the note after I had sent a poor review, so here I am correcting and apologizing 🥺 for a bad review. Now I can't wait to prepare some deer meat sticks 😋

Adding cheese to homemade sausage.
I saw this product online just before I made my first homemade beer bratwurst. I liked the idea of adding cheese to the recipe, so I ordered these little cubes. I ended up using half the bag of cheese cubes—which is the amount recommended on the package based on the weight of the pork. After I stuffed the casings, I simmered the brats in beer until they were cooked through. The cheese cubes stayed intact through the cooking process with only a slight amount of melting. The sausage was delicious with the addition of the cheese. The label on the cheese advised against freezing, but with a 30 day use by date on my package, I decided to freeze it anyway. If that was a mistake, I’ll come back and post more info. Otherwise, I can’t wait to try other flavors of cheese!
