Awesome
Such a simple design. This is one of those products that when you open it up you think to yourself "why didn't I think of that??" Just a couple of incandescent light bulbs for a heat source, a small motor to turn the bowl, a heat sensor, and a little computer board to run the program. That being said, it works great to temper chocolate. I'm no chocolatier and I found the instructions and results to be great! In no time I had tempered a batch of chocolate and poured it into molds. A bit pricey for what it is, but it works and it's a lot cheaper than other solutions, so you can't really complain. Also with the light bulbs as heat sources you can easily service the machine without worry.
