This is the correct (crunchy) lady finger for true Italian Tiramisu. Do not buy a soft lady finger. When dipped in coffee as the recipe calls for, these lady fingers soak up exactly the correct amount of liquid in 2-3 seconds. Other soft fingers will result in a very mushy desert.

Inedible Cookies, smells like chemicals
The cookies are completely inedible, this will make you sick. It smells like chlorine got poured over the cookies. This is a health risk. There is a reason they are not accepting returns for this product. DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU WILL GET SICK

The best for tiramisu
I looked all over my small town trying to find these for a recipe. Finally thought to look on Amazon and of course they were available. Delivered quickly and was able to make my son tiramisu for his birthday!
