I purchased these specifically to help with my knee recovery - to help improve strength and balance. The mats are perfect. Not too big. Not too small. They are nice and firm but not overly so; they provide the perfect amount of support. We’ll see how durable they are, but given the fine quality, I suspect they will last for quite a while. I definitely would recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Just ensure you get the correct size.

This thing is awesome. My goal this year was to stop treating my knee replacement like they can’t bear my weight in order to stand up from the floor. They most certainly can and this nice squishy pad was the stepping stone I used to get over my fear. Also great for rising-from-the-floor exercises to strengthen my legs. Great to jump on too. Helps with balance and stability. 101 uses for anything you can think of.

Useful Suits it’s purpose

Convenient size to be able to use at home. It's a good cushion resistance with a soft exterior. It's light weight but holds me and I'm 200lbs+, Great price. I use it to help me with my balance. It is the same one I used at PT and they recommended I get one for home.

Started using at my PT, great for working on balance, stability, core strength. It is thick and durable, happy with this purchase for workout versatility.

Nothing real technical to report about a foam pad, so I'll keep it simple. It looks, feels and performs as a quality tool to add to your balance routine. It was the cheapest I found and no different from more expensive ones I've bought in the past.

Sizing was perfect and I use this pad for a variety of ab/core and leg exercises. I can't speak for the durability, but the pad has lasted me a few months already with no signs of tear and wear. It's very comfortable and squishy. I sometimes use it as a pillow for when I am meditating.
