Skeptical is an understatement. I had expectations everywhere between “won’t work at all” to “blistering heat and ripping my nose off.” Happy to say it works exactly as described and intended. Quick, easy and thorough. Not exactly a comfortable experience, but certainly not painful. My nose feels really clean. I followed up with a little moisturizer on a Q-tip but not sure it was needed. This will be a regular part of my grooming routine moving forward. I wonder if it would work on ear hair? (Asking for a friend)

This waxing is awesome and works like a charm. So much better than trying to either get rid of those nagging little tickles with a battery operated nose hair remover or tweezers! OUCH on the tweezers!! The wax at first was scary, but it is actually quite pleasant. Once you get the wax on the stick the right way, pop it in your nose you will feel the sensation of your sinuses getting nice and warm. It feels really nice! After about a minute, when the wax gets a little hard, pull the wax gently away from the outer part of your nose to make it easier to pull out the stick from your nose. Hold the side of your nose taught and give a good little tug. Yes!!! That first pull is hard to do, but the result amazes me every time I do it.!! And the best part of it is….NO MORE TICKLING! If nose hair bothers you I highly recommend this product!

This is a great product for removing nose hair. The only bad thing about it is is that the little things that go in your nose with the wax on them are not hooked so that you can hold onto something when you’re pulling it out. I quickly found out that to use these again I’m going to use some sort of Weiss grips on the other side of them and give them a good yank. It really hurts when you don’t get it done the first time!

I was hesitant to even TRY this cuz I thought it would be very painful, but after my anxiety went away... one quick pain-FREE twist and PULL and i had wax full of hairs. I have rather large nostrils and am up in there 2 or 3 times a week with a trimmer and STILL never seem to get it all. This product worked FANTASTIC and I think once I get used to using it, (relaxed) it'll work even better. New customer forever!!!!

This is a great value. I’ve used this waxing kit for several years and just had to buy a third one because I’m traveling for a few months and left mine at home, but it’s totally worth the money and a very easy home wax kit.

Hard to get the wax to melt before the paper cup falls apart

Works pretty good! The trick is getting the right amount of wax in the right shape on the end of the applicator to fit inside your nostril. I did end up ripping some mustache hairs out because I didn't use the stickers to cover it. Also, make sure the wax has cooled for a minute or two to a solid before ripping it out, and pull fast! The instruction pamphlet inside the box is a little more detailed and useful than the instructions on the outside of the box, so don't lose it. I would say that there's actually enough wax for at least 80 applications (the box says 20-30 total uses) if you only want to use half the amount of wax beads that the instructions call for 2 nostrils, or maybe share with a friend! The plastic applicators are reuseable (there are 40 of those) but they only include 20 paper wax melting cups, so I would definitely save the cups with the unused wax after each use, otherwise you will run out. The instructions called for 5 grams of wax beads, enough to fill the bottom of the paper cup or about 100 beads. I counted them out in my hand to 100. I wouldn't worry so much about the exact amount because 100 beads is enough for at least 4 nostrils. So after you're used to the process, you can melt however many beads you need for however many nostrils you're doing.

I first bought this nose hair wax kit in September 2024 and wanted to give it time and MULTIPLE uses before I wrote a review. I try to make my reviews thoughtful, basically the kind of review I love to read before I buy a product. The box comes with a small plastic beaker (where you put hot water), lined cups (where you put the wax beads to melt, sitting on top of the hot water), plastic applicators (that you put inside your nose), and wax beads. We use our tea kettle to heat water, pour it into the beaker, place 1 lined cup inside, and then pour a layer of wax beads into the cup. How much wax you use will depend on how many times you wax your nose and if there are any other people doing it. We purchased a box in September and it lasted until April with two adults waxing each month. We purchased another box and continue using it. For the price, it's an excellent deal. It's not particularly fun, but you do breathe a lot freer and more easily once it's over. They also include a mustache sticker, meant to protect a man's mustache from wax, but we found that ineffective. A better solution is blue painters tape. Or you can just be really careful because ripping out mustache hair hurts as much as it sounds like it does. Now that we've gotten used to it, it's a part of our routine and I'm glad we can do it ourselves rather than go to a salon and have a stranger do it. Really, the pain isn't that bad. Plucking nose hair is far FAR worse.

I used to dread this when the barber did it, and even after getting used to it, I never really looked forward to it. However, this product makes the whole experience much easier and far less painful. It definitely makes the price worthwhile, and I would highly recommend it!

As a gentleman of advancing years, I found the hair on my head migrating south, choosing instead to live in my nostrils and ears. I have one of those hygienic clippers, which were getting heavy usage, as word spread of how comfortable my orifices were. I saw this being done on the tube of You and it was the claims of hair free faceholes for weeks at a time that drew me in, despite the fear of pain. The kit comes with a load of those little pots used in fast food restaurants, for ketchup and mustard; a bag of wax pellets, which have a lovely fragrance (thankfully, considering where it was going to end up); a little beaker for microwave melting and a bag of sticks for you to..well, stick up your nose. Wax melts easily in the ketchup pot, which goes on top of the beaker that has a little water in it, all popped in the microwave. Once melted, it's a skill to get the right amount of wax on the stick, but once done, they were inserted. It grips quicker than something that grips really quick and the terror that when I removed it, half my brain was going to come with it intensified. I needn't have worried. One quick yank and it was done. It wasn't totally pain free, but then it was just more of an uncomfortable tugging sensation than actual pain. I was utterly disgusted and delighted in equal measure at the amount of hair it removed, I thought I had rescued a hedgehog at first. It left my nostrils and ears completely free of hair, unlike the clippers which can miss bits. If it's ease, convenience and speed you're looking for, then I do recommend this wax kit as it leaves your holes hair free for weeks, and who doesn't want that?

I bought it for my mom. It's great and easy to use, no mess or pain. I recommend it, but without a microwave. Use hot water directly in the small bowl to melt the wax.

Très bon kit. Facile d’utilisation et rapide. La cire est hyper efficace. Le kit de sticker pour protéger la moustache ne colle pas et tombe. Donc inutile.
