My hips and everything feel better even with heavy weight
Be ready to bruise!! This is my first squat suit and it takes time and patience to get it broken in. My raw is 585 and loading up 635 only yields 1/4 squat ATM. Spread them feet and don't be scared!! My hips and everything feel better even with heavy weight. But need to strengthen my back!! :-)
