We aired up the tube the day before we used it for the first time and it looked fine. The next day it looked like it was a little flat so we put more air in it before we took it out on the water but we thought we just didn’t put enough air in it. We were only on the water 30 minutes and noticed it lost a lot of air. We found a small hole in the seam of the tube when we deflated it. It was difficult to find the hole due to only one small opening to pull the tube through. No patches came with the tube but a patch probably won’t hold in the seam where our hole is at. We tried to return it but it only has a 30 day warranty and it was 45 days before we were able to use it for the first time. It is a lot of money to spend on a damaged product with limited warranty.

This tube is garbage..... I first noticed an issue the 2nd time i used it, the inner tube was flat (only a couple weeks old). It had sat for a week so i didn't pay much attention to it and reaired it but it wasn't long until it was half flat after a day. I messaged the seller but by this time it had been 35 days I've had it so they kindly let me know i was out of luck and they wouldn't do anything about it... no biggie... it is what it is. So I've continued to re air the tube every use this year. I also noticed that the seams were coming apart on the back corners (about a month and a half old) The last couple times we were out I had to re air it on the water more than once... the final straw was last night after reairing the tube for the 3rd time while on the water the entire back section of tube came out of its holder and ripped along the entire back. This tube cost me 250 dollars and didn't even make it through one summer. The last tube i had lasted me 6 years. I've never left a seller a bad review before but this tube is junk

This tube is junk. We used it 3 times and kept having to refill the back. Unfortunately with a product like this we are only able to use it sporadically on weekends and weren't able to use it for a few weeks after we bought it. We kept refilling it hoping it was just an issue of not having the cap on right or something. Not so. We removed the inflatable and found a tear in it. We contacted the company we purchased from and got "so sorry....it's past the 30 days that you received it....nothing we can do". So we're out roughly 300 for a piece of crap that came damaged and is dangerous to use as the riders do not have support on the back of the tube. Stay away from this one.

Has a lot of lift if you don’t have enough weight in it. Swings into the wakes really easily.

Super easy setup, very stable great for kids!
