FeinTech Remote Control for TV with illuminated large buttons

Bought for my sight limited mother, just the job and easy to set up, but would recommend looking at you tube instructions as product instructions are virtually non existent.

Excellent remote control I easily programmed a Goodmans TV to turn on & off with it & then my TalkTalk freeview box with on/off, channel changing & volume control bought it for my dad who has dementia highly recommended.I thought the instructions on the box are easy to follow too.Visual instructions on youtube as well.

No instructions in the box just limited instruction on box which isn’t very clear. Followed them but hasn’t worked. Back in box and in cupboard for rest of its life. 🙄

Bought it for my mother and it is brilliant... in both ways! Easy... very easy to use!

Bought for my nan who has very poor eye sight. Lights up well and big buttons. She can use it well. Just what she needed.

Very easy to set up after I watched a you tube video because to instructions were poor

I had to wait to travel to my mothers house with this product. Then found it did not work. Will not light up. I have now returned home to return it (my mum does not have internet at her house) only to find the 'return window' is closed. Im not impressed and would like to have return and have a refund.

acheté cette télécommande pour ma mère qui ne voit plus beaucoup. Peu de boutons tous configurables très facilement (5Mn), il faut quand même avoir la télécommande d'origine pour pouvoir le faire, mais un fois fait plus aucun problème. De plus l'éclairage des boutons est un grand plus. Je la recommande tout particulièrement même pour une personne bien voyante qui ne veut pas s'encombrer d'une " télécommande usine a gaz".

Svarar inte på alla kommandon vid överföring (volym) annars är svärmor nöjd med belyst och stora knappar.

Muy cómodo para personas mayores por el tamaño de los botones y por prescindir de los botones menos utilizados por ellos. La iluminación del teclado y su apagado automático es perfecto para ver mejor las teclas si agotar las baterías rápidamente. Lo único que ha dado problemas es la configuración de las teclas, no por la dificultad, sino porque no hay instrucciones precisas en la documentación. Afortunadamente un usuario explica perfectamente y con video el proceso

Zum Anfang die Geschichte warum ich mir dieses "günstige" Teil bestellt habe. Im Halbdunkel auf der Couch vorm TV habe ich auf der FB meiner "Traumschachtel" (DVB-S2 Linux Receiver) rumgetabbst und versehentlich eine der "3 Millionen" Funktionen ausgelöst. 20 Minuten habe ich gebraucht um die Funktion auf den "1 Millionen" Menüseiten zu finden und wieder rückgängig zu machen. Also musste eine FB mit Beleuchtung her und musste feststellen, dass nicht viele auf dem Markt angeboten werden. Bei mir wäre die Tataturbeleuchtung bei einer FB Standard und kann nicht sehr Aufwändig sein, wie die FeinTech-FB beweist. Die meisten der wenigen Hersteller bieten solche FB's meist konfiguriert für die marktführenden Anbieter an und wenn mit Lernfunktion, dann ist es wahrscheinlich komplizierter wie mit der FeinTech-FB. Da blieb eigentlich nur noch die FeinTech übrig und ich dachte 14,99!!! Uiuiuiuiui....was bestelle ich denn da für ein Ding ? Positiv: Natürlich aus Plastik wie alle anderen auch aber ordentlich hergestellt. Zwei Modi : Betrieb + Lernen Die Bedienung ist ultra-einfach und steht in wenigen Sätzen auf der Rückseite der Verpackung. Die wichtigsten Funktionen meiner Orginal-FB hatte ich in 2 Minuten auf der FeinTech, wobei ich mir das vorher kurz auf einem Zettel notiert und abgearbeitet habe. Die Lernfunktion wechselt nach einigen Sekunden automatisch in den Betriebsmodus, aber wenn man genau weiß was machen will ist es schnell in einem Programmier-Gang erledigt. Alle Tasten der FeinTech bis auf die Taste für die Beleuchtung können mit jeder beliebigen Funktion der Quell-FB belegt werden. Funktioniert alles tadellos, große Gummitasten und die Reichweite ist auch o.k. Mit dem gelben Knopf leuchten alle Tasten in schönem Rot und gehen nach ca. 7 Sekunden wieder aus. Ich bin sehr angenehm überrascht ! Negativ : Ein Zettelchen mit der Bedienungsanleitung wäre vielleicht für vergessliche Leute besser als die Rückseite des Kartons mit der Schere auszuschneiden. Zwei AA-Batterien in der Lieferung wäre schön, aber besser wäre die FB mit einem Akku und USB-C auszustatten. Dann kostet die FB vielleicht 5 Euro mehr - na und ! FeinTech hätte dafür das Argument auf seiner Seite auch an die Umwelt zu denken.
