I love these muscle stimulators. I been wearing them every day since I got them. I love how it feels like I’m working out when I’m doing nothing lol. I’m glad I got them and definately recommend them.

I can feel this belt working already. It is really easy to use and it’s definitely worth the money. It sticks well to my stomach and the battery lasts for quite some time.

I skipped leg day, arm day, and every other day because I knew this belt had me covered. I was as shocked as my abs to learn…the only thing getting shredded here was my dignity.

I have been using this for a few days now, and my abs are definitely feeling tighter. Very lightweight and comfortable!!

This item is easy to use and offers a good range of modes and intensity levels, which is definitely a plus. It does its job, but unfortunately, it’s not as comfortable as advertised especially for smaller-sized individuals like me. With my small waist, the belt extends beyond it, making it feel awkward and uncomfortable to wear. I’d recommend it more for those with a larger build (size L and above).

So many speeds and different combinations. Works great and is easy to use. Really good battery life as well.

Amazing workout belt for when I want to be lazy and stay in bed but stay active!! 10/10 recommend.

It may be user error but the shock is intense to me and not able to use for long periods of time. May change review later but after a couple days I do not like the shock. The size is good if you have used this product before for my husband arms and stomach. Like I said me be personal but the shock is to strong for me.
