Feel like I’ve been scammed. I have been taking these gummies for a few months and have been taking over the prescribed amount to try creatine saturation training. I have recently had my bloods taken for Manual TRT and my creatinine levels are the lower end of normal. Having spoken to the doctor and explained what I thought I was taking he said the result should have been high. No creatine in the gummies, or very little.

First of all I need to clarify that I do not go to the gym I have recently broke my hip and my femur so it's difficult to do a lot of exercises...my 2 sons have constantly told me I should be taking it as women lose muscle mass at 30 ...having taken them for over a month now I can see the difference in the strength in my legs ..I have also found that I sleep better with them ...I would definitely recommend them

These gummies have a slightly weird texture but it was nice to find a gummy that actually offers a decent amount of creatine per serving and is easy to take for my autistic daughter. However, I’ve had to cancel my repeat order because the price has become ridiculous. Paying £27.99 for a 2-month supply compared to just £9.99 for 3 months' worth of bulk creatine powder is a huge difference. While I expected to pay a bit more for the convenience of a gummy, the current price makes them not worth the money anymore, which is a real shame.

This review is for a strawberry flavored creatine gummy. This is a gummy with a good texture and easy to chew. Not too tough but not too dense either. Dissolves fairly well and leaves just a little in the teeth to pick out. The flavor is strawberry and it's a light fruity taste. Kind of sweet. The dosage information is a little off though. I read where it says take 2 but then i also read 3 but not to exceed the dosage so I'm confused if i should take 2 or 3. Maybe a little more clarification on how much is in each gummy so I can correctly dose what i need based on my physical needs versus a generalized person
