I bought two of these as replacements for flush mechanisms that had perished. Not sure how long the previous owners had them for so cannot comment on longevity.Negative: Cannot award more than 3 stars as the quality is flimsy plastic and, presumably, will need replacing again in a few years.Positive: At the same time, cannot aware less than 3 stars as they work and appear to be the only product suitable for the toilets I have!Overall: You have to use a hacksaw to trim the length of the plastic tubes. I held the previous tubes next to them whilst cutting to be precise. Installation is simple and takes minutes. Both flushes working perfectly fine.As stated, they do the trick! So if you need them, buy them! Just don't expect a long-lasting quality product.Hopes and Dreams: sell these in a more hard-wearing plastic or even metal? Flimsy.

Not a standalone phsh button needs to be part of other kit, managed to fit with a bit of innovation

So easy...… even I could do it... just needed sharp scissors to cut plastic to length.
