These drops save our ears and my baby’s belly! We give these drops to our babe at almost every feeding to help prevent gas build up and to help him work gas out. Easy to use but not as effective as I thought. Baby is still fussy after use. Also noticed more spit ups when using. Sometimes it seems to have helped but not sure
