The rep reached out before I even received the watch. Nothing new, thinking the company was hungry for sales. After I received the watch I had issues with some of the commands (new to smart watches). These reps seemed like they were going out of their to make my experience with my issues less stressful and making sure I was satisfied. The only problem I have is the manual. It would be nice if it explained the functions in more detail. The watch seems bullet proof, I've not had it long enough to give an honest review but if it stays performing like its has so far, I'll still give it five stars.

I bought this watch as a gift for my husband. The watch itself is beautiful and my husband was really excited to get it. Negative part of the watch is its hard to pair it to the android phone. It made my husband download an app and even after that it didn't work. My husband is very computer savvy and has a degree in computer engineering so his lack of knowledge was not the issue.

Watch is junk. Stopped working after 2 months. Was very careful with it. Don’t buy it. No replacement or refund. Now I know why there is only a 1 month warranty.
