good product for sourdough bread baking
very useful to begin my baking journey. high quality items for the most part, though i do wish the silicone bread sling was more durable without fiberglass.

Had 1 hiccup. But the seller has excellent customer service. This is an amazing item I will be purchasing again.

Great for the price
Everything works great, especially for the price - with the exception of the cover. It claims dry out protection and it absolutely does not keep the top of dough from drying out during cold proofing. I def recommend still using plastic wrap or some sort of other cover. My loaf did turn out beautifully using all the products.

WATCH OUT FOR MOLD!!!
Everything about this produce was great except the bread rising basket and its liner came COVERED in mold and smelled so bad.
