Solves the problem at a very reasonable cost
Bought this to use with a prison concert ministry so we wouldn't have to run cables from the computer to the projector. That cable run would have crossed an aisle-way where people would be walking. I tested it in my garage and it worked flawlessly. I needed to use the included USB wires to power both the transmitter and receiver.Setup was super simple and I was surprised that it already had all the adapters/cables I needed to plug it in. There's two short USBC cables plus two USBC-USBA adapters so you can plug the extra cable (for power to the transmitter and receiver) into whatever is available.Took it to the concert where it also worked flawlessly. The computer was a late model macbook so I did have to have a USBC to HDMI adapter. Most of these also have a USBC along with HDMI which was perfect for the wireless transmitter. On the transmitting end, I bundled up the transmitter with the adapter plus the USBC for power and taped it all together so that nothing would get lost. The same thing was true on the projector (receiving) end but, since it had USBA, I was glad to have the adapters! This way, when we got there, we just plugged the transmitter into the computer, plugged the receiver into the projector and turn everything on! It connected with zero trouble. No bulky HDMI cables to run (which would have caused a tripping hazard). You can easily pay more for a good quality HDMI cable. Instead, this wireless solution is much simpler to setup and gives you tons of flexibility for where you put the source (computer).

HDCP Error on Roku Streambar
This device works great. Came synced out of the box. Thought these would have a battery life but they need plugged in to power via USBC transmit data. My projector and Roku streambar don't provide enough juice so had to run extra cables. Unfortunately live TV and some apps like ESPN didn't work because I would receive an HDCP error when trying to stream live content. Other apps like Netflix Spotify and YouTube worked no problem. Was shooting for a totally wireless setup and would say I was able to accomplish that 80% with this device.

Plug & Play – Wireless Wonder
I was blown away by how easy this wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver were to set up, plug and play! The 2025 upgrade with the LED display is a nice touch, and the video quality is fantastic, smooth 1080P output with zero lag. I streamed from my laptop to a projector across the room without a hiccup. Works perfectly with my PC and even my camera. I highly recommend it if you're tired of messy cables. It is compatible with PC, TV box and gaming consoles as well.

Useless garbage
Would give zero stars, if possible. Tx/Rx are paired, can even see when it says "TX Online", so I know it's paired. No image at all. Nothing I've tried gets a picture. Signal is full strength, all the lights on the TX are lit, so it should be working, but no luck. Plugging in an HDMI cable to the same port works fine, so I'm certain it is the unit. Complete garbage. Returning.

Small, quiet, and simple. Great mobile solution for connecting to a TV!
The media could not be loaded. What you get:A transmitter and receiver "stick" adapters -- please take note!! If you swap them, you will not be able to send video! They ONLY work one way!!!Two USB-A to USB-C cords to power the adapters. Yes, they require separate power form the HDMI cable making this a two-cord installation on BOTH sides. If you TV has a 5V USB port, you're in good shape, otherwise you may need a separate power brick. Be advised!Adapters for mini and micro HDMI ports, and a USB-C to HDMI adapter for most laptops. You also get a simple HDMI extender which makes it much easier to install behind a TV that's close to a wall. What I liked:This was SUPER easy to set up! Two plugs on each side, and it just worked!! No special software or configuration. For me, it defaulted to screen mirroring from Windows, but after that worked just like any other monitor. Not sure what else you could want!I also liked that it was very quiet. I had tried another device to transmit my monitor via HDMI, but it had a cooling fan inside that was always running, and meant there was some minor background noise behind my TV. This one is much quieter.Any complaints? Not really. The device dangles a bit like a Chromecast, but on the TV side that seemed pretty standard. On the laptop side, that dangling connection is a bit more noticeable. I would have liked if there were a way to have a more stable connection like a USB-to-HDMI adapter that clipped on to my laptop somehow. The other thing that would be nice to have is some kind of carrying case or bag. This is a GREAT tool for travel, but not something I see installed 24/7 on my computer. Maybe I'll attach it to my desktop someday, but until then, I'll be packing it back in the box when I'm done, and a bag with a drawstring would've been nice.Overall, the device itself is awesome. I highlight recommend it and think it was well worth the cost.
