This has the most different collagen types of any I've seen. They are used in different areas so this will cover more of them. It also contains vitamin C, which is important for synthesis. This is not vegan, obviously, as all sourced from animals. Seems like a great option to easily increase your amounts.This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy. With these types of products it's impossible to state for certain that it makes a specific difference over the course of only one bottle. What I can say for sure is that collagen is vital for maintaining your skin, bones, muscles and joints. And by your late 20's it usually begins to decrease in your body! This is the reason I take a regular collagen supplement, to help keep me supple and (hopefully) youthful.This Spanish made supplement is in the form of capsules, which I much prefer to powder. Unlike drinking it as powder dissolved in drinks, the capsules do not give me stomach issues and there's no horrid taste. I very much approve that the collagen is derived from a broad spectrum of collagen sources, and this can only help make them more effective in my opinion. The addition of vitamin C is useful too, though you may already be receiving the RDA if you're taking other supplements also containing vitamin C, or eating a to of fruit.The jar contains 180 capsules with a suggested dose of 3 per day, making this a 60 day supply. Personally I just take two per day, so a jar lasts me three months. I think it's very good value.

Whilst not cheap, nor having range topping quantities of Collagen, this multi-type formulation is a great way to gain exposre to the most commonly used Collagen suppliments that carry potential health benefits. Worth pointing out that Collagen is not a single molecule, but a huge family of related molecules each with different structures and functions and those present here (I, II, III, V, & X) represent a broad spectrum of the most common and well-understood members of the family, the main ones being -Type I, which provides strength to skin, bones, ligaments, and tendonsType II, which makes up the flexible cartilage that helps support our joints.Type III, found in internal organs, blood vessels, and musclesType V, claimed to help with eye healthType X, whch plays a role in the health of joints and bonesThe capsules are long dated and easy to swallow with no aftertaste etc, my only gripe being the pricing (a little too high for 5 stars) and the quantities (which could be a little more generous). None the less, I'd still recommended these for those seeking an all round Collagen suppliment, ergo - 4 stars!
