Absolutely fine and perfect for crate. The only slight gripe I would have is that the label was not the easiest to remove. The bowl slides in and out with a firm hold on the bracket and the bowl and I don't see any issue with spilling water like some of the reviews have said. We shall see in time if the bracket becomes loose on the bowl but I'm fairly confident that it's going to last a fair bit because it feels well made. Maybe a very hyper dog might pull it out of the bracket but my little spaniel only uses his crate for bed now so he's past being a nightmare. Absolute bargain, easy to fit and the 6" is the perfect size for our dog's nighttime drink. I'm going to buy another one.

Absolute game changer! My old dog is not only blind but has dementia so knocks into everything when pacing and I was always picking up soggy bedding from her crate as the bowl she had before was easily tipped even though attached to the side. Because this one is tight fitting into the holder it doesn't spill at all. I have found it helps to pour water in after you've pushed the bowl into the clip otherwise it spills when it clicks into place as is a good tight holder, same when taking out, put a bit of kitchen towel in to soak up the excess and then pull it out of the holder as the force tips the water over the edge. Brilliant idea and highly recommend. Easy to fit, good solid holder and bowl is easy to clean.

Fantastic, nice and solid. It secures to the crate very well. It will be hard to remove the bowl from the holder to get fresh water without slopping water into the crate, but it is otherwise very good.

Great little dish. Was slightly worried about it staying in place as someone has a very waggle tail, but it secures well against the crate side and the bracket for the bowl is super strong against the bowl. It can be a little too strong to get the bowl out without spilling any, but go easy and it won’t splash you!

Firstly, let me say this is not a bad crate bowl by any means. Using two bolts through the cage is a great idea as it stops the dog from tilting the whole mount and getting water everywhere. The quick release system is nice but because you are effectively overcoming the spring force of the mount the bowl tends to snap in and out, which when it's got water in it means water ends up not in it (the video is an extreme case of this as I was using one hand whilst also videoing but you get the point). Not the end of the world as you can fill it up in situ but if you want to replace old water then you're probably going to end up spilling some if you aren't careful. All that being said, build quality is good and the size is perfect for providing a bit of water without taking up huge amount of room and you can always just mop up the spilled water.

I use these for hard feed for my goats and lamps and they are great. Just ordered another one which has just arrived.

This is 1st class. Being able to fix it to the side of our puppy's cage is great. He can not tip it over and put water all over the floor

Look great but very stiff to get the bowl back on , bit big for pup at the moment
