It works as advertised.
I got this couple of days back. I set it up quickly and easily. I don't run heavy apps on it; I don't plan to. So, it is fairly warm and running just fine. I would suggest if you run one or two apps on it all day. It is quiet -- almost no noise compared to my other desktops I have and had. I bought the 32 G RAM with 1 TB ROM -- which is an overkill for my needs -- but it just cost me $100 over 16 GB and 0.5 TB model - for a total of little over $300. Also, there is an option to upgrade the ROM with a SSD drive (only M key SATA 3.0 interface if that makes a difference for you). The unit is very light weight -- I don't know the exact weight but feels like less than a pound -- that is good for taking it on a travel (but you need to carry a keyboard and a mouse, and may connect to the hotel TV for a monitor). The appearance is slick and elegant. WiFi connected just fine. The rest is Microsoft Windows stuff. I have an account with Microsoft, so that made the other setup things seemless over the (One) Cloud.

Crashes-but we're working it out, updates coming
I've had this for 6 months and really wanted to like it for my wide screen tv but the thing crashes a lot for no apparent reason, all drivers have been updated and windows is allowed to update with no restrictions so unless these updates don't like the hardware it's updating then I'm stumped on this one and I'm a computer tech savvy guy since 1991....I'd say better pass the frustrations and find something else..... Value for money: the price was good Graphics quality: requires lots of updates Speed: OK... Looks: nice looking small box UPDATE: 7/8/2025 I have been corrisponding through email with the company and they've been very helpful...they offered to send a new one but then I found the problem later through looking at windows updates history and found it wouldn't update anymore since 6/7/2025...also windows gave an alert on the graphics card update that it couldn't verify it "do you want to proceed" I continued the update but that's where the problem lies I believe...update the drivers through the graphics card manufacturer and don't let windows 11 use their drivers....at the moment I have not rolled back anything since we just talked about it with their support people ....I will report on it when it's been tested in about 2-3 wks if it solves the blue screen crash then I'd be glad to give it 5 stars... Update: they didn't get back with me on how they would solve it looks like I'm on my own...removing 2 stars Update: they sent a new one and it's working like it's supposed to now...very pleased

Slow performance
The performance was so bad I sent it back. Just because they can get windows 11 installed, doesn't mean it will perform. The build quality seemed good, but it seemed to run a little on the warm side.

Review is not complete yet.
I had trouble out of the box. Currently the computer is with a tech specialist to try to fix it. I think he was able to get Windows 11 fully installed and working. It was only 89 % installed when it came. Software and files have now been added pretty successfully. It still occasionally crashes to bios boot screen. Working on that. I will let you know. Tech specialist was able to render the DreamQuest fully functional. It is operating well. I've had it on site now for 2 days, no problems now that it is fixed. Only giving it 4 stars as I could not have fixed it alone.

Bigger than it looks
This my second mini computer and I couldn't be more pleased with this one, though I think it has a silly name. The price is right and my crowded desktop appreciates its compact footprint. It is heavy enough to stay in place and has feet to allow circulation without a trivet underneath and runs cooler generally than its predecessor. It needs a USB extender for all the doodads to fit, currently keyboard, mouse, speakers and microphone. There is an HDMI port for the monitor. It came with Windows 11 and seems to respond faster than my laptop, for which W 11 was an upgrade.
