Being on a diet and drinking far to much alcohol lately, I got these little pills. Excellent value with added C & D. I take another multivitamin too. Saving me time and money on separate supplements. So many of these supplement companies rip you off with fillers and charge the earth for. No complaints with these and I feel they are working.

Great value for the amount of tablets you get, they are very small and easy to swallow. I haven't had any problems with aftertaste either. I love the packaging, a pouch is much better than a bottle, and easier to store.
