Loveee saved me during shoulder surgery recovery. A bit big for me but I just wrapped the strap around my bicep twice. Must buy if ever in a sling and need ice, it’s so incredibly convenient and hands free

I've used this a ton, but dislike the fact that it requires assistance to put on.

I have joint replacements in both shoulders.I use this ice pack at least multiple times a Day. It provides immediate relief. It’s easy to put on and remove. I keep it in my freezer. I’m able to walk around with it on.

Works well for the price.No smell, soft, and doesn’t stick to your skin. The only downside is that when it’s frozen, it’s a bit hard to get the arm strap wrapped securely around the product—it doesn’t stay in place easily. But overall, still a good

I was struggling with icing my arm after surgery, this was a great buy. It fit perfectly around my shoulder helping with pain.

Where has this been all my life! So tired of having so many ice packs that don’t quite hug the right spots and this is so comfortable and fit perfectly. I wear it while relaxing and preventative sometimes I will put it on before lifting heavy things and it stays in place

The item fits my shoulder completely, but the gel is minimal in the arm patch. It moves around easily. It might pocket in the front of your shoulder and so the rest of your shoulder has no ice on it. I am so disappointed. Go to the store and buy two or three bags of frozen peas, they work better and you can save money. I do not recommend this. At least, not for icing the shoulder. Because part of my shoulder has no gel. Waste of money

I liked it, however the top part of the sleeve is shallow and doesn't freeze, so my front and back of the shoulder was cold but right on top was room temperature, even after 15 mins of icing.
