There are keto sticks they work and there super simple.The only negatives point I could bring up is that once the packet is open they did not last quite as long as there documents said they would but you do get 2 separate sealed packs so you don't waste the entire tub

I use these strips as I am on the keto diet and like to periodically check that I am in ketosis. They work really well and I have found them consistently reliable. They have one reagent pad on each strip and they measure for ketones only. The colour range is excellent - far better than others I have tried. There is no mistaking with these strips as to whether you are in ketosis or not and you get a very rich, deep purple when you are in deep ketosis.This is the 2nd time I have purchased these test strips. The first pack was fine at first but after a couple of months in the bathroom cabinet the test pad turned beige on every strip and stopped giving a reading. I presumed it was the moisture in the bathroom, however on receiving this 2nd pack I noticed the strips were split into 2 separate watertight packets within the tub. I have had this 2nd pack for 3 months and they are still fresh and giving accurate readings, although they have been kept in my bedroom rather than the bathroom this time. I still have the 2nd watertight packet which is unopened.

These come with the test strips packaged in two seperate sealed packs of 60 strips each. My first 60 pack worked perfectly. I used it pretty fast (in under a month testing 3-4 times a day) starting out on ketogenics diet to understand the impact of different foods and exercise on ketones. I opened the 2nd pack (keeping sealed until i was ready to use them) but these were grey and not possible to get a good reading from.Looks like it is a bit hit and miss, Two packs in same bottle, first good, second bad.

Complete rubbish. DO NOT WORK. Gutted I’ve wasted my money. Don’t waste your money on these!!!!!😡

These have got to be the best Keto strips I've tried. React immediately and I believe give an accurate reflection of keto levels.

These are excellent for testing at what stage you are at in getting into ketosis especially when you first start your Keto journey. So I guess they don’t have a good shelf life but by the time they indicate you’ve learnt how to get there and you can maintain it I found that you didn’t need the constant reassurance so one pot was enough. I did keep them away from moisture ie didn’t store in the bathroom and always made sure the lid was on tightly as soon as I had removed one and I found they lasted quite a few months. Although the cost might seem a lot for what you are getting, in the grand scheme of things it isn’t a lot for what you get out of it (so exhilarating knowing you’ve reach it) I would certainly buy again when I go on the diet again. (Once it’s worked for you won’t try any other diet again!). Would recommend.
